I rarely use dry cleaners so I am not familiar with pricing. I brought you a bed cover for a twin bed (which I probably could have washed myself) and was pretty alarmed at the price of $30+ before tax. Next time I will ask first! Otherwise, I had a very pleasant experience with the customer service people.
