Kelly has consistently provided my family with 5 star service since the store has opened. She is beyond the average manager of any store. We will never forget how much she helped us through sorting out what we could salvage after our tragic fire in 2021. My friends, family and neighbors outside of my household...all appreciate her service at Tide-Kingwood...all considering her family and on a first name basis. Her team is phenomenal too.
