Not pressed as well as should have been
Outrageously expensive and it’s not even a great job. Other locations offer better quality and half the cost that keep the customers coming back. We will not return.
The services are overpriced compared to most cleaners in my area (Magnolia, TX). I also had a 50% coupon when I dropped my clothes off but forgot to bring it back when I picked up. They would not honor, and would not let me pay and bring the coupon back another day to be refunded the 50%. They told me I could bring it back next time, but it is for first-time users only. I will not be coming back.
Unfortunately I was not happy with a bad situation I was put in. I arrived at store at 8:57am and was told truck left and and I would not get my clothes until the next day. So the in by 9 out by 5 did not apply. I know I was pushing it but I was there before 9 and it was acknowledged as so. My issue went unresolved and I am no longer utilizing Tide. This is no reflection to the people that work there they are extremely nice and I hate the fact that I’m not using them anymore but the situation and put me in was not a good one... read more
This was our first (and last) experience with Tide Dry Cleaners. My daughter needed a newly purchased pair of dress pants cleaned and pressed for a school competition the following day so we used the same day service. I specifically asked that they keep the same crease that was already in the pants (down the center). We received the pants back with the crease completely removed and the pants are now pressed flat as a board with creases down the sides. Have used this service 3 times. The first time was great. The last two not so much. On the 2nd visit we got other peoples underwear in our laundry. This last visit- she tells me because "SHE" couldn't get ii back in one bag she made me another-- but then also charged me almost double. I took the bag in and it was just as full as previous two times and only not zipped so I would remember to give them the underwear we got from the previous time.
