This was my first time using tide cleaners.
Service is great as usual, I don’t like the bright orange color schem. The main reason I haven’t been back is the new pricing, I have found a cleaners that does the same job for half the price.
Dropping off was very easy. I dropped off a queen comforter and was ready in two days. Pick was also easy. When I got home and laid out the comforter the stain was still there. That was the main reason I got it dry cleaned. But everything else was great.
Never a complaint. Great customer service. Only cleaners I use.
