They let me use my Delia’s gift card still.
The problem is that there was only one person at the front during the Saturday morning errand rush. There was another guy, but he just disappeared as we arrived, so there were at one point 5 people in line. That's too many. No problem with the cleaning or the price, but at that time of day, they need to staff up so that customers aren't waiting 10 mins to p/u or drop off clothes.
The dry cleaning of my silk shirts was fine. However, a heavier cotton shirt was cleaned and pressed but was returned slightly damp This is not the first time this has happened. Had the shirt not been taken out of the bag and dried, it would pickup an odor from the bag
Friendlier service, more knowable people
Cost! one shirt laundured for $6.99. Ouch
The drop off was great. The cleaning was super. The pick up was a bit strange. I had to spell my first and last name around 7 times. He returned with no cleaning saying there is nothing with the last name Dee. I had to again tell him that was my first name. The last is Pritchard. We went through that name spelling again before he got my cleaning. Not the best front counter person. However I will return.
Quick turnaround. The payment process was a bit time consuming. I like to "tap and pay" and although the device says it will work, it doesn't. The cashier had to re-scan every item in order to re-process the payment.
Way too expensive. $45 for seven pieces and that included a 30% discount. That is outrageous and I won't be back.
Drop off was a bit slow, but I did go after work, which I'm sure is a busy time. Very easy pick up.
