Overpriced! I picked up two women's tops yesterday. Neither had collars, cuffs, buttons, ruffles, etc. Just two plain cotton shirts. The total was over $14.00 with a discount! Really? There is nothing special about this service to account for such an exorbitant price. Yes, it may be convenient due to the location but honestly, my items are cleaned and pressed just as well as lower priced cleaners who publish their prices! I will not go back to the site I've been using going back to my original tide cleaners all because how rude I am ALWAYS treated by one employee there. My knits were hung says in my profile all folded and no big deal to her with no offer to fix them. Suppose to have a special 25% off when picked up didn't get that. Mistake I made I was so mad I left an order of 20 pieces there to be picked up Monday but will wait till she's not there.
I recently gave the associate a coupon for 1 free laundered shirt and 20% off dry cleaning services because I had several of each. After picking up my garments and getting home, I realized neither was applied. Not sure if these coupons are just a scam to get people to come in
There is a spot on the dress that was part of my order I am bringing it back in for a redo
I have just bought a pair of pants. It had two creases down the leg. I could not get them out in the regular laundry at home. So I brought them to this Wonderful cleaners. I told him the problem I was having and they said it was no problem for them. The next day I got them and the crease was gone and the pants looked great.
Too expensive. 2 pants and a shirt = $20?!
Wouldn’t take the coupon when I picked up my items and I showed them when I dropped off the items. Lack of training and wouldn’t do anything about it. Lost a customer over it
