You guys are great. The people who check me out are ALWAYS friendly, I love how easy it is to check out with my phone number, so no need to keep track of a ticket. Also, amazed how fast you guys are getting the dry cleaning done!
Hello! This was my first time in Delia's Cleaners as I recently moved! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Compared to the Cleaners that I used to go to the prices were much higher at Delia's. When I dropped off my dry cleaning the lady at the front told me I'd be receiving a new customer discount. When I picked up my dry cleaning the gentleman at the register couldn't tell me if my new customer discount was applied- all he said was "I believe so" but couldn't verify it. I like the communication
Everything was great except that I left my hanger on accident and when I went back to pick up my dry cleaning, the hanger had been "recycled." Not a big deal but it was a nice suit hanger that isn't easy to replace.
Good. But slacks that went in with all buttons attached came back with a mismatched left rear pocket button.
Attentive and kind service with a smile, can't get better
Very pleasant people and did a fabulous job getting the pink nail polish out of my white pants!!
