I have always had a great experience with your services, however, I picked up a desss on Sunday and a button was missing. I had never worn the dress as I just bought it and wanted it to be pressed. Usually if that happens the button is attached in envelope- but this time nothing... so I paid for it to get cleaned and I didn’t even get to wear it once. I will continue to use your store because the staff is always very professional and nice. I have been a customer for over 10 years- I get that things happen- but disappointed.

I asked for jeans to keep crease and cuff and that didn’t happen.
