It has been a while since I have been to Delia's for various reasons, none related to you. I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. I said I could not find my coupon and was given the 15% discount on my order for shirts. I expected it would be several days to return order and she said "tomorrow at 5." Then I got an email the next day about 1 or 2pm saying it was ready. Picked it up at a more convenient time for me. Personnel were all very helpful and cordial.
