I dropped off a summer dress of my wife's that needed cleaning. The staff at Delia's asked me when I needed the dress back and if there were any stains that they should pay particular attention to. I said that we were heading to California in three days and needed the dress before then and pointed out several stains, which were marked for special attention. I was told that the dress would be ready my 5:00 PM the next day. Late afternoon of the next day, I received an email letting me know that the dress was ready for pickup.... read more
