Shirt came back with a stain on it and the shirts don’t smell good like they used to.

Patrick and Maya have both been awesome! I used Lapels regularly, and switched to Tide. Staff is some much friendlier, service is fast, people are great, pricing is good and no wrinkles! What more do you need! Thank you for being awesome - Especially Patrick and Maya!
Ready before promised estimate. Nice and energetic workers. The atmosphere is very different. Clean looking but not warm and family-like. Something is missing.
