The two customer representatives were great! I had a couple of men’s shirts that they said they couldn’t get spots/stains out. ☹️ I still think your prices are too high and I even had a 25% off coupon.

I took my Mom's comforter in to be laundered. Not only was it done on time, the two front desk people I dealt with were super friendly and helpful!!! The comforter came back clean, puffy, soft, and in a package that was easy to transport in my car. I was very impressed with their service & highly recommend!
Nice to get a $5 discount, unexpected
I was a little disappointed in the quality of the pressing of my pants first time I ever took pants out of the bag and they weren't creased.
The young lady behind the counter---sorry I don't remember her name-was VERY polite and professional throughout the entire transaction of my picking up and paying for my order. Great service from start to finish.
