I loved everything about the experience except the price. Swansons is about 20% higher than my former cleaner, who seemed to have gone out of business without a trace, just a “for lease” sign in their now empty location.
Cleanliness of clothes was great. A little pricey, 60 for 7 items. But one of the items, suit jacket, had a huge wrinkle in it. Not cool since now I have to try and steam it out.
The attention to detail is impressive: the type of fabric, checking for stains, etc. I could pay less elsewear but having a cleaners care about my clothing is important to me. Thank you for going the extra mile.
Many days to get the pants
Just wanted to let you know that your hook is too thick for the door frame and it is not fitting there. You might want to consider use of metal hooks that are thinner and sturdier.

Friendly service, awesome notification system and less expensive than other competitors in the area.
Clothes are cleaned excellently. The prices are bit high. New to the area and from the Bay area where things are generally higher in cost. Laundered shirts are only $1.99 there. Suits as a group are $9.99. You are quite a bit higher. Good reviews brought me to try you but the cost may not keep me.
