The cost is a bit high. I could buy a new dress for the price I paid to get one dress cleaned.
The lady I met was very friendly and accommodating. She gave me all the information I needed, and also called me when my order was ready. I really enjoyed using Swanson’s Cleaners for the first time. I plan on using them forever as long as they’re in the area!

Lower your prices. Your dry cleaning charges for casual shirts are not competive and not worth the convenience of your location.
I loved everything about the experience except the price. Swansons is about 20% higher than my former cleaner, who seemed to have gone out of business without a trace, just a “for lease” sign in their now empty location.
