Garment looks very nice. I like the e mail notice that my garment is ready.
We have used this location for 20 years, generally satisfied. But, we had to negotiate with someone at the administrative office over a piece of clothing that had been damaged. We only wanted recognition that Swanson’s had some culpability in the damage, not replacement value. Thanks to the people at the local store we got some satisfaction. We will keep coming back thanks to them.
KC and her staff are always friendly and go out of their ways to help you. KC is a fabulous person in terms of doing alterations, more like a miracle worker for women and men’s clothing. Highly recommend!!
