We’ve done business with Swanson’s and have always been more than satisfied with their wonderful service.
The “new” service of pickup and deliver to your door worked very well for me! Although I did initially drop my dry cleaning off at the shop, the clothes were returned to me (included in price) to my door in a very timely manner. I like this new service; they even provided the blue laundry bags to put my clothes in for pickup. Swanson’s has always been a bit pricey, but this new service is very convenient and I don’t think I paid any (or much) more than I would have anyway!!!

Freeport Blvd. Marina assisted me and was a delight. Friendly, welconing, and efficient. My clothes we're done beautifully. I have been using Swansons Cleaners for 40 years. From Capital Towers to Elk Grove to Arden to 5 Corners to El Dorado Hills, primarily because of the customer service provided by Marina (and at Elk Grove, Jay) It's the staff who make the difference, most any cleaners can clean the clothes. One of my ties still had an oil stain on it, but I sent it back for another cleaning. I think it will be clean this time.
