Have been using Swanson's since 1990. Always good service over the years and really like the pick up and delivery system and the e-mail to request a pick up. When I call, I always get an employee who is helpful and very nice.
Service is always excellent and garments delivered on time for same day service. Love the email notice when order is ready.
My order was ready as promised and everything looked great.
Had some inseam adjustments on my work pants [including a pair of dungarees]. The hems look good. I plan on bringing in more garments in for alterations at my local Swansons. I've been doing business with Swansons at the Mid-town Sacramento location for 20 years. I'm happy with the service I got at the Gold River location as well...
