The lady who helped me check in my coats was so nice, friendly and funny. She also explain to me the process of dry cleaning and answered all of my questions. I don’t remember her name but hopefully it’s electronically listed somewhere. She deserves a RAISE AND A GOLD STAR! My coats are super clean. Love it!
With the exception of the high cost, the cleaning results was well worth it. And the customer service was exceptional from the young lady. I wish I remembered her name.

Have been using Swanson's since 1990. Always good service over the years and really like the pick up and delivery system and the e-mail to request a pick up. When I call, I always get an employee who is helpful and very nice.
