Very good service!
The customer service here is impeccable! Each time I go in, I’m greeted with a smile and friendly staff. If someone is not immediately at the front desk, they call out from the back as you walk in and say I’ll be right there. I’ve never waited more than 1 min. My clothes have always been cleaned properly and taken well care of. I’ve even asked about pulls in my sweater. The friendly staff has fixed them for me. I’ll continue to use Swanson’s Dry Cleaners.
I had some items cleaned and realized the next morning that I had given them an item my daughter needed the next day! I went back to find that all three items were ready! They are so quick and very friendly too. Highly recommend them!!!
My son left $20 and a car key in his pocket and they made sure we got it all back!
My shirts are always cleaned and ironed satisfactorily. I request the “SwNson Hangers” over the typical laundry hangers and they usually comply. I also like my shirts bagged separately and they usually comply with this request also. Service employees are mostly friendly and professional. Stains are attended to the first time. Orders are ready when promised. They do their best to accommodate rush orders. Great people and great work & great service!
