Overall, the service has been wonderful. The ease of pick up and drop of is wonderful for anyone who is busy (aren't we all?). The quality of the cleaning is very good and I love the ability to leave specific instructions, in advance (in writing), when scheduling my pick up. I also like the fact that one is able to schedule a same day pick up (they must be notified before 8:00 am), which is very convenient if the night before I realize something needs to go.
