Prompt and convenient
It was good and my dress came out clean and beautiful. The only thing I would make better is with the long explanation of the pick up service. I think it took longer then usual but other then that I was satisfied. The lady was nice that helped me but I don't remember her name.

I left a souvenir from Paris in my pocket. In addition, I was missing a button. They had my souvenir all nice in a bag and placed a new button on my coat! They are awesome. U highly recommend this business establishment.
