Overall a great experience .... I love pick and drop service as it is very convenient with my busy schedule. One thing will be helpful is to receive an acknowledgement about pickup time (even estimated). This way laundry can be left outside. Thanks AA
I'm so happy that Swansons Cleaners is open again! We have missed them. Amanda and her team always do such a great job! The customer service is excellent and I always get my items back on time. They are now set-up in a way to makes you feel that the environment is very clean and safe. They are enforcing social distancing and everyone is wearing masks. I felt very secure going in. We have been customers for many years and highly recommend them for all of your dry cleaning and laundry needs.Thank you!
