Have been using this service for a few months now. Was wary at first because it doesn’t ask for the number of items in the bag and the 2nd time I used it, one item was missing. But to their credit, I called the advertised number in the shop, a real person answered and they checked the cameras and then located the item which was delivered a few days later. It was a new service then so I imagine they had a few glitches to iron out in the early days (pun intended!). Anyway I use them without hesitation now and the system works ... read more
