I was called to check if I was ok to work on a synthetic leather detailing on a jacket. Super friendly and my jacket looks perfect!

Everything was great. Only issue I had is I was dropping off another garment and I wasn’t able to enter special request - item had grease stains on it. I almost cancelled as item is silk, but decided that spots were large enough to be seen.
