I’ve been coming for years and was so surprised to see that the job was not done as good as you guys do. My daughter brought in brand new clothes 5 items the dress shirts have a yellow burned stain to them by the wrist. The girl who took them knew they were new clothes as I took off the tickets from them. For one of the dress shirts looks like it was washed a bunch of times whereas I brought it as a brand new dress shirt and as mentioned the lady working there knew so too as I took off every ticket.

The one blonde haired lady (not sure on her name) always makes me feel bad for wanting my clothes back the same day even though I drop them off before 9 am. It's usually after 8:30 am but before 9. It's not anything she says directly, just the sighs and frustrated look on her face when I say I want them back the same day. I asked for shirts to be “boxed”. The shirt buttons were not even buttoned all the way. There were folds all over the shirts. I had to iron them. I mentioned to clerk and she was like “oh well”. She was not concerned but did offer to redo them. I was not wanting to make a scene so said don’t bother.
I used to use them for my dry cleaning service until on 2 separate occasions they lost two of my work dress shirts (each estimated at about $100-125/shirt). I was repeatedly told they would have a manager review the cameras and no one would ever get back to me. 2 years later I received a call that they found a shirt and I could come pick it up.
