I am back travelling for a 13 billion company in sales covering the SE, Mexico, Mexico Caribbean central and south America. I anticipate bringing in 10 items per week. Sun ruined a $150 Tommy Bahama white shirt that was brought in with no stains, just to be cleaned and pressed. It was returned with 3 brown stains with a tag stating that " we could not get the stains out". I ask for heavy starch, and shirts are returned like I brought them in wrinkled on hangers. They ruined my dress tried to hide and cover it up. Ended up paying me for it after deducting the cost of the rest of my dry cleaning. It was a extremely expensive dress and was not about to be replaced I asked them for it so I could try to send it somewhere to have it repaired and they refused. I would never refer anyone to this chain.
I already told you that the fringe on my shawl was chewed up and two yellow spots appeared. You did not have the decency to even answer my email. Making money is fine but having pleased customers is where it is at. JAS
I gave in a lite blue Pashmina shawl with a blue fringe. Four of the fringes looked shredded. There were two yellow spots on the shawl.

Had not been to visit in quite awhile. No one came to greet me at drive-through so I got out of my car, walked in and then the girl came out. I had my laundry bag and she said, “just leave it there”. As I never counted what I brought in and never received a receipt for what I dropped off I’m not sure that I got everything back that I dropped off. Not the service I would expect for the price I paid.
Clerk was a bit abrupt at first. Nicer at the end. People waiting but she did not greet them or day she would be with them in a minute
