Great job and quick service. Wonderful team member in your store, pleasant and customer service oriented. My only complaint is that all my work slacks are wrinkled and now need pressing. If they are hung promptly, this doesn’t happen. I need to use this service but not if I end up with hours of ironing to make my clothes wearable.
Business response:
We’re seeing stars…three out of five, to be exact! While that’s not bad, we aim to provide a five-star service, every time. We will check how your slacks are being hung and get this issue corrected immediately. Thanks so much for letting us know so it can be addressed.
Awesome service

The clothes looked good but the chemicals left a very strong odor. The smell stayed in the car for a few hours after removal and is now leaving an odor in my closet. I removed the bags as soon as I got home.
Great easy service and quick turn around
