Service was great. I was actually quoted a price when I dropped off my 4 items but when I picked it up the price jumped by several $. Very expensive for 3 shirts and a pair of slacks. More than what I have been used to.
Business response:
While we try to provide unbeatable dry cleaning services every single time, sometimes we fall short of the mark. Not sure why you were charged other than what you were quoted and I will be checking into this in the morning. It seems we let you down, Mark, we apologize, and someone will be reaching out to you.
my yellow duvet -On time & looks great

Called in advance to ask how much cleaning would cost for 2 waist/hip length ski jackets and was told $16.00. When I went to pick them up the cost was $50 instead of $32. They should be able to quote prices. The jacket weren’t really even dirty. The cleaning was great though
Business response:
Mary, Happy that you are very pleased with the cleaning done on your ski jackets. Let me check into your account for the pricing for the quoted prices come from the same list as when the item is detailed into the system. We will be in contact with you soon to discuss. Thanks
Good service
