Our driver, Richard, is outstanding! He is always on time, quick, courteous and goes out of his way to make sure the clients on his route are happy. I missed one pick up a year ago and called Richard because my husband needed this particular suit dry cleaned for the following week. When I explained this to Richard, he drove to meet me halfway to pick up the suit so that my husband could have it for the following week! They are also very responsive when there is any damage, which is unavoidable. Great company!!

Great job and quick service. Wonderful team member in your store, pleasant and customer service oriented. My only complaint is that all my work slacks are wrinkled and now need pressing. If they are hung promptly, this doesn’t happen. I need to use this service but not if I end up with hours of ironing to make my clothes wearable.
