I take shirts weekly for laundering and pants semi monthly for dry cleaning. Am always pleased with the dry cleaning, but fairly often leave the shirts for a re-do as they are not returned with my requested collar clips. I know they handle thousands of items daily, so I try to understand that the instructions on the ticket don’t always get noticed. At least Sun Country Cleaners have never lost any of my items, and ALWAYS have my clothes back and ready for pick-up on the day and time promised.
