Very disappointed, dropped off a shirt a month ago that was damaged by you sent back 3 times still not corrected. Lady stated she would sent it to the corporate office to get it resolved, a week later I received a email I owe you payment for the shirt and just picked it up and at your store your employee inspected and the damaged was still there. After a 15 year + has a customer you just lost me.
Always courteous service and cleaning is ready when promised.
Business response:
Your star rating is definitely appreciated, Rick. Thanks!
Anything we take to our local Sun Country Drycleaners always comes back great.
Business response:
Thank you for the awesome star rating, Richard And Barbara!
I used to use your store on 22nd Avenue... but will now be using your store on Central Avenue in St. Petersburg... especailly now that Angie is there... she is so friendly and makes you feel that your business is very important to her... by the time you leave the store... you are glad you came and feel good about the rest of your day... Great Cleaners. Personnel and product is excellent.
Business response:
Sunday+robert, thank you so much for the star rating! We hope to see you again.
No chocolates!! The worker at your store at 71st and Central Ave. had absolutely no idea what we were talking about. We dud bring two comforters, but you shouldn't advertise something that your employees cannot deliver. We don't know her name. She was a nice middle aged lady. Everything was good except for the chocolate!
I'm very pleased with the good service I receive at Sun Country Cleaners. No sleepy workers in this Company. This is one stop I enjoy making. Thank you for your abiding Dry Cleaning service. Blessings, Wayne.

As always perfect. Angie sees me getting out of my car and has my cleaning ready by the time I walk in. Always greeted by name. One of my favorite places to do business.
