Estrella is so nice...I brought in a down cushion and cover that, ironically, only the cover portion could be cleaned, but it came back in a plastic zipper case that was the exact size of the cushion...I have 2 more cushions so she gave me 2 plastic zipper bags to put them in...so nice, and, now I’m bringing in the rest of the covers (5) since the bags solve the peeing kitty problem that started this all...kitty can now pee away and I don’t have to worry about the down part of the cushions ...

There was miscommunication on a recent alteration. My dress was new and said I did not need it dry cleaned. When I picked up the cost was more than quoted. I asked why and they said it was dry cleaned. I felt badly, but I never requested that.
