I had my pants dry cleaned and they forgot to put a crease on my pants .

Mr. Johnson, we did not dry clean your pants, we altered them per your instructions. Not everyone wants a crease, so when we receive a garment with no creases, we do not crease them unless the customer tells us specifically to do that. If they come in with a crease, they are re-creased. As our customer service rep told you, we are happy to crease them at no charge. That has been done and they await your pick-up.
The staff was incredibly rude. I walked in during the middle of my lunch break and the attendant was just on her phone and didn’t acknowledge me for 15 minutes. They told me my clothes would be ready in two days when when I returned they said it would be an additional two days saying “sorry we’ve been busy” also they send business review links to the wrong phone number.

After telling you the regular due date for your garments, you indicated that you needed them sooner, and the CSR told you that we could have them ready the next day for a nominal upcharge. I have my high heel brought for a repair. It has been 2 weeks and I finally went to pick it up and I find out that the repair of my shoe was not done because according to their repair shop that it was never done at their location. So, the first time I took for a repair where did they fixed it then? The reason I brought for another repair because the plastic heel was easy to break. I might bring my repair or anything in the place anymore
