This place cut the buttons off my CHANEL designer suits without consulting with me first resulting in the items being defaced and devalued. A piece of the chain was also missing. They didn’t even get any of the stains out so the entire process was a major loss. I am shocked. Do not trust this place with your valued items. After requesting the owner (Myers) of Garment care pros to reimburse me for the items they damaged they picked up the suits to “evaluate” them, not only did he refuse to compensate me his WIFE took it upon ... read more
The dress shirts that were dry cleaned were not pressed properly. They had wrinkles.

I was happy with one cushion cover @ $14. But the second one did not come out. I’m not happy to pay $14 for the cushion cover is still the same no change in the spot.
