My dog tried to play with the poor person trying to deliver. He handled the situation great. So sorry my puppy was loose.

Sleeves of some of the dress shirt were wrinkled and wadded when I pulled the bag off of clothes. Clean presses were not evident on sleeves . I did appreciate the kind service at drop off and pick up. Very attentive personnel.

I love the pick up from home. I do feel they will let a garment leave there store with a stain on it. Instead of taking that extra time to get it out . This is why I give a 4 star than a 5 star

Very good for the short week. I dropped it off Tuesday 7/2/19 as I thought there were not any pickups or deliveries for the short week and asked for it to be ready for pickup on Friday 7/5/19. Someone came by the Office to pick it up after I had dropped it off, which was my mistake.I received a text on Wednesday 7/3/19 that it was already ready for pickup.

I asked for starch, but didn’t get it due to a distracted employee (talking to another customer instead of focusing on my order). When I picked up the items and discovered the error, the person checking me out just said, “Oh.” No attempts to correct or compensate.
