They are terrible, took a my ugg comforter and shams and they lost the shams. Gave them a call to see how we could resolve this and they kept giving me the run around. Waited two weeks to see if they would magically show up and nothing. Husband and I went to the store and instead of reimbursing us for what was lost the owner Insults us. Never use this place .

Hard for me to review as I did not drop off any clothes to be cleaned. I checked with my family and no one brought anything in. Some one dropped something off and mistakenly it was put under my name.
aside from an occasional non-requested exchange of a similar shirt...everything over the past 25-30 years has been fine!!...you've been valeting to me at my apt complex in Brandon for the past 2-3 yrs...we have 200+ units here and i'm sure i can advert you in via management and ultimately you'll have many accounts here at century crosstown apts...i will also do the same for you at the complex next door and the one down the street etc etc....interested??...kevin malick 863.602.4850

I brought you a piece of needle work from a small footstool It was dirty but not filthy I wasn’t happy when I picked it up but lady said”It is the best we could do” I came home and thought I would see what I could do Put piece in small tub with some Oxi clean and the dirt just dissolved in the water Looks now how I had hoped it would from you Was a $7.00 lesson for me Would like it pressed like you did That was your best part Sincerely Mary Ann Schwitters

I recommend you NOT take your WEDDING DRESS to Garment Care Pros. My first experience was definitely HORRIBLE. Took my dress to the location on 540A. The lady was nice and checked with the manager at the South location to ensure my dress could be steamed and ready by a certain day. I keep bringing my dress clothes there which is a long distance from where I live and I keep having to leave them there and have them done over again which is time consuming and disappointing that my clothes aren’t ready for me to wear and the time and gas it takes to keep going back and forth.
