I was a new customer, but I won't be returning. One shirt was ripped up with multiple holes. Staff and management won't take responsibility for the mistake. They will just slap a "defective before cleaning tag" to cover themselves. Thanks now I know to take photos of my shirts with timestamps next time it happens.

Pick up was good but the driver was not wearing a mask when she approached me. At delivery, they dropped it off at the wrong house. They also did not apply my $10 coupon. I called and they said they would credit that but I haven’t received it yet.
