Employees were really nice. I came to put my ugg boots in the cleaners. They came out looking really nice but I wanted the fur inside the shoe to be fluffy too.

I miss Traci, but had good experience Pleasant person waited on me. Only complaint was that she was not wearing a mask. This should be mandatory.

Used the curbside service. Virginia was very helpful. I was able to pay over the phone and have her put my clothes directly into my trunk to avoid having to come into the store or have contact with a person. It is very much appreciated during these crazy times.
