I had never used Puritan before this visit. I experienced the best customer service I can remember in years! I had two dresses altered and they fit perfectly! Each employee I worked with was professional, courteous, attentive and acted like they were glad I was there. Puritan is now my permanent cleaners!

I loved the experience of excellent. The customer service was awesome and pleasurable. To top it off I received a card the was personally written by the employee! At a time like we are in this type of relationship is much needed!
