Puritan communicates very well and they are fast, one day usually! They stand by there work. Also, recently, they misplaced one item and when it was ready, no charge. That was excellent.

Your work is lovely, and you are very customer oriented. I’d just like to make a suggestion for your consideration. When I brought in a felt tablecloth with older stains, we both expressed reservations about them being removed. In that case a test on a small area would have determined the success of the stain removal. Since it would have been obvious that the stains were not going to come out, I would have picked up the item and disposed of it, rather than paying for an unsuccessful cleaning.
