Puritan has taken the dry cleaning business to new customer-centric heights. Hassle-free drop off and an attention to detail like I've never really seen before. I set up my preferences on their web site and I get my laundry back the same way every time. Same day service is the standard and since I get a text/email I never have to guess when it's ready.

I dont take all things there but do take office clothes there as their work is much better than others in Rva. Basic casual things dont need same level of attention to detail. They are to cleaners in same way Robert Ukrop was to grocery experience. Not fake interaction and high standards.

We have been using Puritan cleaners for over a year. It is the best. They are professional and friendly. It is drive through service which is great. If you have special instructions they try their best to get it done. Love Puritan cleaners
