I had 2 pair of slacks hemmed and cleaned. I have not worn them yet, but they look good and it saved me time and exertion with them hemming the slacks for me.

The employees at Puritan Cleaners are always courteous and they make sure the clothes that you are requesting to have clean can be done without being damaged. They also notify via email or text message when your clothes are ready to be picked up.

Puritan Cleaners provided super fast next day service. I could not had been more pleased. Everything was ready on-time and pressed to perfection. The counter staff person was an angel!
Puritan has taken the dry cleaning business to new customer-centric heights. Hassle-free drop off and an attention to detail like I've never really seen before. I set up my preferences on their web site and I get my laundry back the same way every time. Same day service is the standard and since I get a text/email I never have to guess when it's ready.
I dont take all things there but do take office clothes there as their work is much better than others in Rva. Basic casual things dont need same level of attention to detail. They are to cleaners in same way Robert Ukrop was to grocery experience. Not fake interaction and high standards.
