Puritan damaged beyond repair an article of my clothing but they ultimately made it right by covering the cost for replacement. I was very impressed with how it was handled. The damage to the clothing was simply human error and not indicative of the quality of their work. I have had a long-time relationship with Puritan and will continue it based on how this was handled. Thank you

The ladies who greeted me were very cheerful and friendly. They quickly helped me, gave me directions and I was on my way! The item I needed repaired was ready early. The man who helped me then was just as nice and efficient. I also love how charitable Puritan is!!!
