This is the first time I have used Puritan Cleaners. I was greeted at the door by two very professional and nice people. One took down my information to get me in the system. My dry-cleaning was finished in 24 hours! I loved that I could drive through and not get out of my car. The employee that greeted me at my car was professional and easy to talk to. He even put my garments in my car for me. What service!
I highly recommend Puritan Cleaners, specifically the Bon Air location, where I have consistently received exceptional service. The staff is courteous, and the customer service is outstanding, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Ben, in particular, provided exemplary service during my recent visit, greeting me with a smile and treating me like a valued customer despite his busy schedule. Due to mold & asbestos issues in the home I am living in, I’ve had no access to my laundry (machines are on the deck since September!) due to home being deconstructed. 3 months of my laundry was picked up Wednesday and returned today (2 days later). All items came back in the condition they were dropped off (several were expensive Barefoot Dreams sweaters and blankets, as well as all my high-end athleisure wear who I never let anyone touch, but I was desperate to get 3 months laundry cleaned and put away). This is a review that I am posting to let the world know how this business practices ethics and integrity. Yesterday I stopped in to pick up dry cleaning for my Dad who is 90. While paying for the cleaning the cashier hands me a white bag of small items that must have been in one of the pockets. When I got home I gave the bag to my dad. I typically don’t leave with you. However, I decided to see one today for the Puritan cleaners located on S. Laburnum Ave. Latisha and Nadia always treat me like “family.” I’ve visited this location at least 4 times and each time, these two are consistent with smiling and laughter.
