This is a review that I am posting to let the world know how this business practices ethics and integrity. Yesterday I stopped in to pick up dry cleaning for my Dad who is 90. While paying for the cleaning the cashier hands me a white bag of small items that must have been in one of the pockets. When I got home I gave the bag to my dad. When he opened it there were a couple of cards and cash that was returned to him. That says a lot about the team and the company’s commitment to customer service. I typically don’t leave with you. However, I decided to see one today for the Puritan cleaners located on S. Laburnum Ave. Latisha and Nadia always treat me like “family.” I’ve visited this location at least 4 times and each time, these two are consistent with smiling and laughter. An awesome company that goes above and beyond consistently. Rashidah is awesome and so kind. Even went out of her way to get us a care package when we had a kid! Absolutely blows us away that a dry cleaner cares that much about their customers.

Some of the warmest and welcoming staff I've ever encountered. I got a handwritten thank you note after my first visit. Excellent cleaning too--they managed to remove stains that I thought for sure were permanent. Absolutely A+ experience all around.
