Great customer service, friendly staff and dry cleaning results always very good especially how sweaters are wrapped after cleaning them- folded perfectly with tissue paper insert and especially placed in a plastic bag with buttons to close it. Love the e mail notice of when clothes are ready for pickup.
I brought a queen size quilt in. Ready for pick up very quickly. When I used Handcraft Cleaners my quilts/spreads always came back on a large heavy duty hanger with a long bag over them which was wonderful as I store them in a closet. I much prefer to have my quilts "hang" then to have them folded, folded and folded some more and put in a bag.
