The staff is phenomenal in every way. I’m immediately greeted when I enter the building and I’m always called by name. The staff is kind and professional and just nice people. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the quality of the dry cleaning. My suits are returned wrinkled and many of the stains are not removed which would be acceptable except there was no tag stating the stain is permanent.
