Buttons put on shirt collars are not placed in the proper position. I had a pair of pants pressed and they were not pressed with the crease long the "front" of the leg but on the side of the leg...very strange.

Excellent customer service! I had a few things dry cleaned and a dress that needed to be hemmed. It was a pretty quick turn around. Very happy customer!
I was very pleased.
The last time I was in and had my shirts done I was very disappointed. It looks like the same thing has happened? I told the lady that took my clothes in that I was not interested in how fast they were done I brought them in to see the quality of your work. They said pick up would be on Tuesday. I took them in on Friday and got notice on Sunday they were ready to be picked up? For me you just dropped another star. I give you 2 now.
Alterations were excellent and completed in a timely fashion. Garment was also perfectly pressed.
