The best cleaners in Richmond by far. Always friendly, very helpful and efficient. The end result is just perfect. Have never had sweaters ( and other things too) come back as nicely done as Puritan does. The fold and packaging on the sweaters is particularly special. Won’t go anywhere else !! Also the e mail notice when the cleaning is ready is very helpful and usually much earlier than expected.
Puritan did an outstanding job making sure my three runners/rugs for my house were cleaned and even personally called to confirm pricing before going ahead and doing repairs! Cannot recommend enough. Thank you!
