Had ink stains in my shirts and all ink stains were not removed. I, did state when dropping off shirts their were ink stains. I, do acknowledge this happens frequently with me coming in with ink stains. However in the past staff would tag the stains without any issue.The last 2 times staff did not tag the ink stains. I, understand ink can be difficult to remove. Please advise me before I leave the store. I, should not get home and find the stains was not completely remove. Kindly, Joan Hunter.

I have a cherished Burberry raincoat that my wife gave me since my assignments were all over the world and a Burberry is very versatile in usage- rain or cold weather, a blanket on a train etc. . Sadly, an ink stain about the 4 by 4 inches appeared on the front of my coat. By the magical hands of Aimee and the team at Puritan almost 98 % was removed. Yes, you have lost my very best table cloth that was imported from Italy. I have been over there about 7 times. I think the only time you look for it is when I am there standing in front of you. You then offered to give me $40 which was a terrible insult. I am very angry over the way I have been treated and will not return and will also tell all my friends what happened when someone trusts you with their valuables.

The clothes were fine, but the customer service was terrible. Went in to pick up my clothes and a man rang everything up told me my total and then walked away. Didnt give me a receipt, didn’t say anything just walked away. Didn’t hand me my stuff and say have a nice day, just walked over to the customer and started helping them. I then asked “so am I good to go?” No response from any of the 3 employees standing there. Needless to say I will not be back!

Shirts come back with collars and cuffs wrinkled Black smudges at top button Shirts sometimes smell funky. Like you put too many in the load and they are not getting clean Too expensive.
