I had a great experience. Mr. Watson was very pleasant and helpful in informing me of his schedule for pick ups and delivery. My item was returned quickly and was beautifully dry cleaned. I was given a dry cleaning bag tagged with my name for a next pickup. Thanks for such beautiful service.

The work product is usually very good. Best t the cost per week not has risen to the point where we try hard not to use the service. We wash or extend the use of a dry cleanable item so as to reduce the frequency with which we use the service.

Everything about your service is great: timeliness, friendly and courteous staff, and careful follow-up if mistakes are made. Sometimes, when I drop off items to be cleaned or laundered — and then delivered, they get put on the pickup rack instead of the truck. New employees?
