Puritan has taken the dry cleaning business to new customer-centric heights. Hassle-free drop off and an attention to detail like I've never really seen before. I set up my preferences on their web site and I get my laundry back the same way every time. Same day service is the standard and since I get a text/email I never have to guess when it's ready.

I cannot sing the praises of Puritan Cleaners loudly enough!! I love how dependable and reliable they are. Pick-up and delivery with never a miss! And on top of it, they made a complimentary repair to a garment that I did not even know needed mending. Who loves their dry cleaner? I DO!!!

First time to Puritan Cleaners as I am new to the area. I brought in three shirts to be pressed. All three are reversible shirts. Therefore they have buttons on both sides of the placket . Where I used to live, the cleaners pressed one side and destroyed the buttons on the other side. I explained what needed to be done to the Puritan representative. The shirts came back perfect. I certainly will be back to Puritan Cleaners.
